Integrative physician-guided support for individuals and couples

I provide both therapy and counseling services and lifestyle & wellness coaching, offering a compassionate, integrative approach that combines medical insight with evidence-guided therapeutic and behavioral support.
Therapy and counseling sessions are clinical in nature—offered within the scope of medical and behavioral health practice—to address emotional, relational, and physical wellbeing.
Lifestyle and wellness coaching focuses on non-clinical goals such as stress management, nutrition, movement, and personal growth.
Both pathways honor the whole person—mind, body, and experience—and may be used individually or in combination, depending on your needs and goals.
Integrative sessions that support emotional balance, communication, and connection through a mind–body and relational framework.
Support for academic stress, life transitions, and wellbeing—helping students find balance, resilience, and healthy daily routines.
Compassionate, evidence-guided care for opioid, alcohol, and cannabis use—offering support and MAT guidance when appropriate.
Mind–body support for those living with chronic illness, pain, or medical trauma—focused on coping, recovery, and resilience.
Non-clinical, growth-oriented support for stress, sleep, nutrition, movement, and life balance—guided by mind-body principles.

I offer personalized, integrative sessions for individuals and couples seeking greater emotional balance, communication, and connection.
Grounded in both medical and psychological understanding, this work supports healing, growth, and alignment across mind, body, and relationship.
Sessions may incorporate mindfulness, behavioral tools, and relational insight to help navigate challenges and strengthen wellbeing.

Located just minutes from the University of Colorado at Boulder, my practice supports college students and young adults
navigating academic stress, identity development, and transitions in independence, relationships, and mental health.
Sessions emphasize practical coping tools, stress and sleep management, and self-regulation strategies that promote balance and resilience.
I also help students navigate decisions around substance use and address concerns about misuse or emerging patterns of abuse in a supportive, educational, and nonjudgmental setting.
Together, we define a healthy lifestyle with realistic approaches to nutrition, movement, rest, and recovery—supporting energy,
focus, and wellbeing during college and beyond.
Addiction Counseling & Recovery SupportI provide compassionate, physician-guided counseling for individuals seeking support with opioid, alcohol, or cannabis use disorders. Care emphasizes safety, motivation, and education—helping you explore habits, reduce harm, and develop sustainable recovery strategies.
As a physician, I can also offer guidance and coordination for Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) when clinically appropriate.
MAT can help stabilize symptoms and support recovery as part of a comprehensive, integrative plan.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) page.
Sessions may also involve collaboration with other healthcare or recovery professionals to ensure continuity and comprehensive care.

I work with individuals managing chronic illness, chronic pain, or health-related trauma—conditions that affect both body and mind.
Together, we address the emotional impact of ongoing symptoms, medical procedures, and healthcare experiences.
Sessions integrate mind-body medicine, mindfulness, and behavioral strategies to improve coping, strengthen agency, and support quality of life and resilience within the realities of chronic health challenges.
Lifestyle & Wellness CoachingNon-clinical, growth-oriented support to clarify goals, establish sustainable routines, and build motivation in areas such as stress management, sleep, nutrition, movement, creativity, and life balance.
Coaching focuses on personal development and wellbeing (not diagnosis or treatment), drawing on evidence-informed mind–body principles within a flexible, supportive framework.
“If someone wishes for good health, one must first ask oneself if he is ready to do away with the reasons for his illness. Only then is it possible to help him.”
