Often people come to me desperate to feel better, unsure why they continue to suffer, despite having tried many kinds of treatments.  Using a blend of integrative medicine, therapy and counseling, we will treat the root cause of your symptoms.

The doctor-patient relationship is integral to this process. I work with my clients in a partnership that emphasizes the therapeutic relationship between doctor and patient. Through our work together, you will gain a better understanding of how mental and physical health, social and emotional factors, and lifestyle affect your overall health and wellbeing. The systems in the mind and body that control our daily experiences are tightly intertwined. We will look at the dynamics shaping your life. We will determine the best approach for your unique needs, and develop a plan using a blend of integrative medicine, therapy and counseling. My practice is open to adults of all ages, including older adults, young adults, college students and teens. 

I am available to meet in-person in my office, for integrative treatment, counseling and therapy in Boulder, Colorado. The office is easily accessible within Boulder from the University of Colorado (CU), as well as surrounding areas including the Denver metro area, Louisville, Lafayette, Broomfield, and mountain towns. 

I am also offering online appointments with Telehealth (video conferencing).
