A Whole-Person Approach to Medicine and Healing
Like many of my patients, I wanted to find a doctor who practiced medicine with time, curiosity, and respect for the whole person—someone who understood health in the context of a life story. I’ve always believed that true healing happens when we recognize the deep connection between mind and body, the effects of stress and trauma on health, and the power of the mind in healing.
Integrative Medicine Grounded in Compassion and Connection
During my medical training, I was inspired by what modern medicine can do, yet I also saw its limits. Too often, physicians are rushed and constrained by a system focused on symptoms and short-term fixes rather than lasting wellness. As an integrative medicine physician, my practice is built around personalized care plans that combine medical knowledge with holistic, whole-person care, mind–body medicine, functional medicine, holistic nutrition, lifestyle guidance, therapy, and counseling. My goal is to treat the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—while addressing the root causes of illness and supporting meaningful, lasting change.
